Greetings fellow Community Troop Support supporters!

The SWCTS Inventory Committee has been busy managing incoming donations, and we are coming to the point where we can start scheduling CARE PACKAGE ASSEMBLY WORK PARTIES for this year’s Community Troop Support Christmas Campaign!

Remember, this is a GREAT community service project for school, 4-H, Boy Scouts, FFA, or what ever !

All work parties will be held at our warehouse, which is located in Old City Hall (720 Murdock) at the corner of Murdock and Woodworth, downtown Sedro-Woolley, with the entrance to the Troop Support Warehouse facing the Woodworth side of the building.

Please let me know via e-mail if you can come help with any of the following times slots – you are welcome to join us for any amount of time you are able to give! 

Wednesday , November 16, starting at 4:00 p.m. (orientation available at this time slot)

Thursday, November 17, starting at 10:00 a.m.  (must have received orientation)

Thursday, November 17, starting at 5:00 p.m. (orientation available at this time slot)

There MAY be a work party on Friday, November 18 – but we are not able to schedule a specific time for that, yet. We’ll keep you posted on that ~

There WILL be work parties from November 21 – November 23, as well.  A schedule for that is forthcoming, so keep an eye out ;o)

Our goal is to have all packages completed and ready for shipment no later than Wednesday, November 23.

We mail them out immediately after Thanksgiving so they get to their recipients in time for Christmas!

Now is the time to help us Support Our Troops!
