The Port of Skagit County granted a $5000.00 request for a Business Recruitment Inventory from the Sedro-Woolley Chamber of Commerce’s Business Development Team (BDT) on April 19, 2010.
On November 23rd 2010, the team delivered the inventory of all commercial, central business district, and industrial land in Sedro-Woolley.
Findings: 172.6 Industrial acres with 46.1 acres of land and/or buildings available.
169.5 Commercial acres with 35.3 acres of land and/or buildings available.
18.4 Central Business District acres with 5.61 acres of available land and/or buildings available.
