2010 WOODFEST

bear2010           Thanks to the dedicated efforts of Mike Stewart of Sedro-Woolley High School; Mike Laue of Country Cabinets; and Rick Lemley of the Chamber of Commerce Board, WoodFest will once again be a part of the Tulip Festival Activities this April.

WoodFest focuses on the connection Sedro-Woolley has to its past involvement in the larger forestry crops and the finished wares produced from wood.  Students from Northwest schools will enter their impressive woodshop projects in a juried competition.  Some items will be available for auction with proceeds going to the student.

Take a stroll through our “Wonderland of Woodcrafts,” featuring a vast array of home and garden décor, woodcrafts, furniture, and fine furnishings.  Meet talented crafters in action and celebrate the history and artistry of fine woodworking.bear2010front
